Better volleyball.
A little court knowledge goes a long way. Get to know the rules, one rally at a time.

INDOOR VOLLEYBALL · Rules 9.1 & 14.4.1
Three touches. One team.
An indoor team gets up to three hits to send the ball back. A block contact does not use one of those three hits.
Read the FIVB rulebook ↗Standard indoor rules. BDG session formats and tournament rules may vary—check with your host or the event rulebook.
